OVER 27 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN TRADITIONAL CHINESE ACUPUNCTURE
Welcome to my website. Hopefully here you will find out whether acupuncture might help you, and hopefully learn something about the way I practice too.
I have been working as a professional Acupuncturist since 1996, giving me over twenty-five years of clinical experience.
I graduated from the British Acupuncture Council accredited College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading. The college uses the word ‘'integrated' because it teaches a highly-effective combination of two main Chinese acupuncture styles: TCM and Five Elements.
Over the last quarter of a century I have worked and studied continuously, and have managed to add certain Japanese and South East Asian acupuncture styles to my clinical repertoire.

In addition I also qualified in Traditional Chinese Massage (often known by its Chinese name: Tui Na). Where appropriate I sometimes combine Tui Na with acupuncture in the same session, rather than using it as a stand-alone therapy. This has proved very popular and can often achieve quick and positive results. I also have a passion for Chi Kung, an ancient Chinese healing modality that has heavily influenced my approach in the clinic. I published my first book: ‘Feeling The Way’ on Daoist Chi Kung healing in 2017.
After many years in Cornwall, I am now based in South Devon, and work from the well-established Haven Health Clinic in Ashburton. |
As an Acupuncturist my aim is very simple: to get directly to the heart of the matter. Most people find my particular approach experienced, practical and down-to-earth. I am here to get results for you.
